Why we built it
Over 16 years and 1,000+ practices, we saw the same pattern: strong clinicians with real equipment and real patients, still stuck — because the business systems around the clinical work were invisible. APEX measures that gap; DexaPlus OS organizes the response.
Who we are
DexaPlus OS is built by the team behind the DexaPlus ecosystem — co-founders Tony Orlando and Jeff Rubinoff, each with three decades in medical imaging, alongside clinical, marketing, and strategy leads who work inside cash-pay practices every day. We do not consult on things we have not built.
