This page explains, in plain language, what information DexaPlus OS collects and how we use it. It is a working summary of our current practices and will be finalized with legal counsel before general availability.
What we collect
When you take an APEX assessment we collect the answers you provide and the contact details you enter (name, practice name, email) so we can save and deliver your results. When you log in to a Command Center, we store the account and practice records needed to operate your subscription. We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and to remember your data-view preferences — not for advertising.
How we use it
We use your information to produce your APEX results, operate your account, provide support, and — where you have engaged us — deliver coaching, marketing, EHR, and directory services. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to run the product, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and HubSpot (CRM) where a practice is onboarded. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@dexaplusos.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
