These terms are a working summary of the agreement between you and DexaPlus OS for use of this website and product. A definitive agreement will be finalized with legal counsel before general availability; where a signed order or subscription agreement exists, that agreement governs.
Using the service
DexaPlus OS is provided for cash-pay medical practices and their authorized staff. You agree to use it lawfully, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other practices’ data.
APEX results and guidance
APEX scores, Growth Maps, and related recommendations are business guidance to help you prioritize growth. They are not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and outcomes depend on how you apply them. Any performance figures or benchmarks shown are illustrative unless explicitly attributed.
Subscriptions and billing
Membership tiers and Growth Engine Multipliers are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up or in your order. Specific billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in your subscription agreement.
